1. Educational Use Only

All tools, scripts, and tutorials on our website are strictly for learning how to protect against hacking and for educational purposes. If you use this content to violate someone's privacy or hack any system, The Cyber War and its owner will not be held responsible.

2. Zero Tolerance for Illegal Activity

If we discover that any user is using our website content for illegal purposes (Cyber Crime), we will immediately block their access and may report the user to cyber authorities if necessary.

3. No Warranty

We provide free content, but this does not mean we guarantee 100% security. Cybersecurity changes every day. If any damage occurs to you or others by following our methods, the sole responsibility lies with you.

4. Copyright Protection

While our content is free, this does not mean you can copy our articles or videos and sell them under your name or post them on other sites. If done so, we will take DMCA/Legal action.

5. No Attacks on Website

You cannot attempt penetration testing or hacking attacks on our website without our written permission. Doing so is considered illegal.

6. Disclaimer

The Cyber War is strictly for educational purposes. We do not promote, encourage, or support any form of illegal hacking. All information is provided "as is" without any warranties. The user is solely responsible for their actions.

7. Payment and Refund Policy

If you purchase any course, our "No Refund" policy applies: Once course fees are paid, no refunds will be given under any circumstances. Please watch all demo videos carefully before purchasing the course.

8. Account Sharing Prohibited

Your account is for personal use by one individual only. If our system detects that one account is being logged in from different cities or devices repeatedly, the account will be immediately blocked without any refund.

9. Recording and Distribution Ban

Screen recording our videos, downloading them, and uploading to Telegram or YouTube is a Legal Crime. We can file an FIR with the Cyber Cell against anyone doing so.

10. Community and Group Rules

In any WhatsApp or Telegram groups for students: Abusing others, spamming, or selling your own courses to other students is prohibited. Violators will be removed from both the group and website.

11. Updates and Validity

Technology changes daily. We will try to update content, but we are not bound to provide support for old videos indefinitely. Courses will have an expiry date (e.g., 6 months or 1 year).

12. No Hacking Support

We only teach "How to Protect" (Defensive) and "How to Test" (Ethical). If any student asks questions like "Hack someone's Facebook ID" or "Empty a bank account," they will be immediately blacklisted.

13. Tool Usage Risk

If we share any scripts or hacking tools (like Python scripts, Termux tools) on our site: You use any software/tool downloaded from our site at your own risk. If your operating system gets corrupted or hardware gets damaged, the user is solely responsible.

14. Third-Party Links

In cybersecurity, we often provide links to external sites (GitHub, Mega, Google Drive). We have no guarantee over what content is on those sites or whether they contain viruses.

15. Age Restriction

Hacking techniques are sensitive. To use this website's content, you must be 18 years of age or older. If you are underage, do not use this without your parents' permission.

16. Termination of Service

The Cyber War reserves the complete right to ban any user's account without any notice at any time if they violate our terms.

17. No Physical Damage

Hacking is not just software-based but hardware too (like BadUSB). We do not support any physical hardware damage or illegal wiretapping (recording phone calls). User is responsible for such experiments.

18. Modification of Terms

We can change our rules at any time. By using our site, you agree to the new rules as well.

19. Privacy of Other Students

If you are in any of our community groups (WhatsApp/Discord), you will not steal other students' numbers or data to harass them.

20. Governing Law

In case of any legal dispute, only Indian Laws and your local court jurisdiction will apply.

21. Learning Roadmap & Job Disclaimer

The Cyber War will provide you the complete Roadmap to become an expert in cybersecurity and the right skills. However, we do not give 100% job guarantee. Getting a job depends on your hard work, interview skills, and how well you studied. We will show you the path, you have to walk it yourself.

22. Lifetime Unlimited Support

Users who purchase our paid course will receive Unlimited Lifetime Support. You can ask us course-related doubts anytime. However, note that support is only for Learning purposes. We will not help anyone hack personal IDs or do illegal work.

23. System Requirements

To learn cybersecurity, the user must have a good computer/laptop. If your PC is old and tools don't run, it is not our fault. We only provide training for software and techniques.

24. Hacker Kit - Educational Use Only

The Cyber War Cyber Security Hacker Kit is strictly for educational, ethical hacking learning, cyber security research, and authorized testing. It must never be used to attack, disrupt, damage, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to any system, website, application, server, or network.

25. Hacker Kit - No Redistribution

Users are strictly prohibited from copying, redistributing, reselling, sharing, or commercially exploiting any part of the Hacker Kit content without written permission. Any attempt to misuse or illegally distribute may result in legal action.

26. Hacker Kit - Age Requirement

The Hacker Kit is recommended for users who are 18 years of age or older. If a minor accesses or uses the Hacker Kit, it must be done only under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.

27. Hacker Kit - Non-Refundable

The Hacker Kit is generally non-refundable once delivered. Replacement may be considered only if the product is received in physically damaged condition due to manufacturing defect, at our sole discretion. No refund for user error, lack of technical knowledge, or system incompatibility.

28. Hacker Kit - No Warranty on Content

We make reasonable efforts to ensure content is accurate, but cyber security is constantly evolving. We do not guarantee that the Hacker Kit will cover every vulnerability or attack scenario. The product supports learning, not professional certification replacement.

29. Hacker Kit - User Responsibility

Any misuse of the Hacker Kit will be solely the responsibility of the user. The Cyber War will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage, loss, legal consequences, or penalties arising from misuse.

30. Hacker Kit - Content Updates

We reserve the right to modify, update, remove, or change any part of the Hacker Kit content without prior notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
